How do I schedule a collection, and how far in advance should I book?
You can arrange a collection by phone or email. Most customers book 24–48 hours in advance, but booking earlier is recommended during busy periods.
What items are not permitted for collection?
We cannot collect paint, asbestos, or any hazardous materials. This includes chemicals, oils, solvents, medical waste, fuel, explosives, and other restricted substances. If you are unsure about an item, our team can guide you on proper disposal options.

Not always. If your waste is accessible and we have clear instructions, we can complete the service without you being present. Some restricted areas may require someone on-site.
What size bins and containers do you offer?
We offer 1,100-litre wheelie bin hire, available for 7-day hire periods only. These bins are ideal for commercial sites, flats, and projects needing short-term waste capacity. They are not available for long-term let. Our team can advise whether this size and hire period suit your needs.
